Delivery
Please allow 14 days for delivery
If an item is out of stock, we will email you with an estimated timescale and you will be given the option to cancel that item. If we have no timescales of when the item will be in, we will refund your card immediately for that item.
Larger Items may be sent directly to your door from the manufacturers.
Delivery charges within the UK are free, outside of the UK will be dependent on the parcel weight.

Returns
If for some reason you wish to exchange or return any item in your order, we will be happy to do this as long as the item is in good re-sellable condition, in original packaging along with proof of purchase. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order. Please do not send back any items without contacting us first at sales@BabyDayz.co.uk for the return address details. We reserve the right to reject any return if we consider the item has been damaged by the customer or not in a good re-sellable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
While we are happy to refund the cost of the original item where applicable, we cannot refund the postage & packing incurred by both parties to send the item. We strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of posting from the post office when sending any goods.
